Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

In order to guarantee delivery we ship only to the address that is submitted during checkout.

If your package is returned as undeliverable for any reason(incorrect address, no forwarding address, returned/refused, etc.)you will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges to resend your order to the correct address.

If your package is not returned to PittsburghPE, we are not responsible for your misdirected package. 

If your package is returned as undeliverable for any reason (incorrect address, no forwarding address, returned/refused, etc.)  the original shipping charges are not refundable.

PittsburghPE can not be held responsible for packages in which tracking shows delivered.
